Storyline:
The story takes place in a few decades in the future. Mickey, played by Robert Pattinson, is a “expendable” person assigned to help colonize a far-off, frigid planet. His role is to literally die. After falling into a crevasse, the seventeenth iteration of Mickey is assumed to be dead. When he gets back to the ship, he finds Mickey 18 has already been made.
