Storyline:
Leah Meyer is a huge fan of Christmas, mesmerised by the trees, ornaments, and eggnog. Due to her Jewish origins, she has always observed the holiday from a distance. While her family celebrates Hanukkah, Leah want to have a typical Christmas experience. When her boyfriend Graham extends an invitation to visit his traditional Connecticut family for the holidays, she eagerly accepts. Leah is eager to immerse herself in the ideal Christmas she has always imagined, but she quickly realises that integrating into Graham’s tight family and overcoming the hurdles offered by his less-than-welcoming mother are more difficult than she expected.
