Kraven’s title character is portrayed by Aaron Taylor-Johnson. He is the child of Russell Crowe’s character, Russian mobster Nikolai Kravinoff. After being attacked by a lion during his adolescence, a young girl named Calypso Ezili gave him a magical healing elixir. Because of this elixir, he now possesses traits similar to those of predatory animals, such as superhuman speed, improved leaping, and exceptional climbing abilities. After his brother Dmitri is kidnapped, Kraven tries to get back in touch with the adult Calypso in order to stop a poaching operation run by Aleksei Sytsevich.
