Seriously, the movie sticks to this group of people forced to do The Long Walk, which is basically a super dangerous hike through some seriously rough country. One wrong move and BAM, the end. And guess who’s directing? Francis Lawrence! Yeah, the same guy who did The Hunger Games and I Am Legend. He’s like, a master at making suspenseful movies that really get to you, you know? And he totally brings that same vibe to this film, too. The scenes in this movie are amazing with a story that just sucks you right in. You’re gonna love it. Lawrence shows how these walkers manage to keep hoping even when things look totally bleak. With every single step they take, the walkers get closer and closer to whatever’s waiting for them at the end. They don’t just have to deal with all the challenges of the terrain and weather, and they need to deal with their own inner demons. The Long Walk 2025 is a real heart-racer, a deep thriller about just how much crap people can take before they break. You can watch The Long Walk on The Hura platform when it does come out. After watching it, you’re definitely gonna start to ponder what it really means to stay alive. Like, what would you do? How far would you go? You will keep thinking about it for days and days.
