Storyline:
iHostage is inspired by a real incident that occurred at an Apple store in Leidseplein on February 22, 2022. The dramatized portrayal of the event is seen through the perspective of Ilian, a Bulgarian national, who loses his AirPods on the train and must visit the store to purchase a replacement. Just as he is about to leave, he and the other individuals inside the store encounter an armed intruder named Ammar. As he attempts to seize control of the ground floor, several people manage to escape outside, some find hiding spots on the first floor, while Mingus, Soof, Bente, and Lucas seek refuge in the supply closet.
