Storyline:
“Teeth Marks” centers on the matter of the drug switch. Shinwell is the object of unnerving blackmail after he decides not to modify his meds again, with his adoptive parents’ safety at risk if he doesn’t comply. Feeling stuck, he starts to change the medication as instructed, but is stopped by Ginny, the patient for the week. She does, however, record the incident in her planner, which starts a chain of events that almost brings Shinwell to light and forces Moriarty to use his power in ever-more-sinister ways.
