Storyline:
In the third episode, Watson grapples with the adverse effects of his newly prescribed medication. Shinwell had substituted at Moriarty’s request in the preceding episode. Consequently, he experiences recurring visions—most notably of Sherlock—and exhibits increasingly peculiar behavior. This draws the attention of those around him. At one point, he even faints. This troubling state of mind persists throughout the chapter, complicating the resolution of the weekly case. This episode features guest star Djouliet Amara as Molly Jones, a comedian who initially believes she is suffering from epilepsy but is later diagnosed with a rare inherited condition. This revelation ultimately clears her mother, Felicia Mancini, of the murder of her siblings that occurred twenty-three years earlier.
