The unexperienced young pair wants to have fun driving in a van through remote places. However, all their expectations become true after a deadly car accident that happens right in front of their eyes. One driver dies instantly. Panic and fear prevail in the deserted place. At first, they believe that it is shock which makes them experience such strange feelings. After a while, however, weird things happen continuously. Furthermore, they start feeling that somebody, or even something, is always following them. Every highway has its own terrifying moment. Every stopping point implies a new danger. Nevertheless, there is more panic because that unknown person does not stay back but comes even closer after each escape attempt. This is the reason why they travel farther and farther being more desperate than before. However, every new route takes them to a new horrifying situation. In addition, despite their trust in each other, fear makes them doubt their relationship. Moreover, even the simplest decisions turn into problems because of the surrounding threat.
