Storyline:
The Alto Knights 2025: In 1957, Frank Costell, an older gangster, got shot in the head during a crime while traveling to his residence in New York City. Upon miraculously recuperating from the assault, Frank immediately identifies the work of Vito Genovese. His old buddy and crime-world partner, who has just invested in the heroin and opium trade and is seeking to seize control of the company. Frank and Vito had a long history together before the prohibition era threatened their empire and sent Vito abroad. Frank maintained the underground with his wife, Bobbie. After recovering from his brain injury, Frank is attempting to leave the life as quietly as possible. A government is working to overthrow mafia rule.
